Grades for all undergraduate courses

1. The average grades for all undergraduate courses (100, 200, and 300 level courses) offered by the University of the Sunshine Coast in the 2024 academic year, covering all teaching periods.
2. If available, the standard deviation of grades for each of these courses.

I am writing to follow up on my Right to Information request submitted under the Queensland Right to Information Act 2009, seeking average grades and standard deviations for all undergraduate courses (100, 200, and 300 level) offered by the University of the Sunshine Coast during the 2024 academic year. No individual student information or personally identifiable details are sought.
The response to this request is now overdue. By law, the authority should normally have responded promptly and by May 22, 2025. As of today's date (May 26, 2025), I have not received any response or acknowledgment regarding this request.
I would appreciate an urgent update on the status of my request and when I can expect to receive the requested information. If there are any processing delays or issues with the request, please advise me of the circumstances and provide a revised timeframe for completion.
