Dear Samuel,
Thank you for your request regarding the average grades for all undergraduate courses.
To ensure we provide you with the most accurate and relevant information, we would appreciate your clarification on the scope of your request. Specifically, we would like to confirm whether you are seeking:
The average grades for all individual undergraduate courses (e.g., Introduction to Psychology, Calculus I, etc.), or
The average grades for undergraduate programs (e.g., Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Bachelor of Engineering, etc.)
For context, a program refers to the overarching qualification a student is enrolled in, which is typically made up of multiple courses or units studied across semesters. Each course has its own assessment and grading, while the program encompasses the full academic pathway leading to a degree.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,

Dear RTI-Privacy Officer,
Thank you for your response of 5 November.
However, it appears there may still be some misunderstanding. My request has consistently been for the average grade and standard deviation for each individual undergraduate course offered in 2024 — not a single aggregate figure across all courses.
The response you provided (average grade = 5.0; SD = 0.9) does not address this request. I am seeking a dataset — ideally a CSV or spreadsheet — listing each course (by code and name) with its corresponding average grade and standard deviation for the 2024 academic year.
I appreciate your time and look forward to your reply.
Yours sincerely,
Samuel
