Dear High Court of Australia,

Under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act)

I Am Requesting a Evidence/Document that Permitted the High Court Australia to deviate away from the intended purpose of the High Courts establishment as stipulated in clause 9 of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution act 1900 (UK).

I Am Requesting a Evidence/Document that Permitted the High Court Australia to deviate away from the separation of power doctrine, as a registered corporation and registered ABN the High Court Australia is regulated by ASIC, ASIC is conferred statutory power by the federal legislature via the 2001 A.S.I.C act, it would appear to be contravening the separation of power doctrine.

Could you please clarify this.

Yours faithfully,

steven

Dear Enquiries,

so high court, executive and legislature still adhere to the separation of power doctrine which is an integral feature of a constitutional monarchy ?

I don't how that could be possible:
1) If the legislature created the Corporations act 2001 & ASIC act 2001.

2) High Court Australia has a business name Australian Constitution Centre registered with ASIC with ABN 69 445 188 986.

3) Is this not a conflict of interest, it gives rise to the question, is the constitutional court of the commonwealth of Australia operating as a business under the guise of Australian Constitution Centre which is regulated by an administrative office with statutory power delegated by the legislature with the creation of the the Corporations act 2001 & ASIC act 2001.

4) if it is not the case and the Australian Constitution Centre has some other purpose other than the treasonous and treacherous overthrowing of clause 9 of the commonwealth of Australia constitution act 1900 (UK), one would have trouble comprehending what purpose could be significant enough that would warrant attention and suspicion of something untoward taking place.

Yours sincerely,

steven
