I refer to your request for access to documents relating to General purposes local law 2008 under the Freedom of Information Act 1982. I have taken your request to be for:

Proof by way of the Hansard entry or similar proof that the Victorian "General purposes local law 2008" has been enacted into law in Australia in the Queens name as per the requirements of Australias constitution.
