I received an email this morning pointing me to an RTI page, with a form and a list of costs.
That page also advised talking to Suzette, which I did, and she was very helpful and I was able to outline my concern over lack of information being provided to date.
She has indicated she will talk to the concerned individuals, and get an update and respond back by phone.
I will keep this request live for the information of others interested in this request or others to the same QANGO.
