The manual is updated regularly and subject to change.

Additionally, can you please confirm if you require the entire manual or just specific chapters?

I refer to your correspondence of 28 April 2023 seeking access to
documents held by the Department of Defence (Defence), under the Freedom
of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act). This email is to advise you that your

“a copy of the Complaints and Resolutions Manual to assist an ADF member
with an issue.”

Please find attached the Decision and documents relating to Defence FOI
707/22/23.

In accordance with the requirements of section 11C of the FOI Act, Defence
