Dear Department of Communications and the Arts,

Please provide all records, correspondence, emails, reports, documents and other information received from .au Domain Administration Limited, or any third-party communications agency acting on their behalf, relating to the statement issued by the Minister for Communications, Cyber Security and the Arts dates 12 Nov 2019 titled "New Board of Directors for .au Domain Administration (auDA)", specifically:

- any representations directly by AUDA Chair Suzanne Ewart, or through a third party communications agency, to departmental staffer Vicki Middleton to include the reference that "The Government acknowledges the service of the outgoing auDA Board, including auDA’s current Chair Ms Suzanne Ewart".

- any documents, emails, reports, files notes relating to the intense lobbying by Ms Ewart directly to Ms Middleton and through AUDA's representative communications agency to include this statement, despite internal departmental advice recommending that no such statement be included

- any advice, documents, reports, emails between the department and the Minister's office relating to the lobbying by Ms Ewart to include this reference, despite the Department instructing Ms Ewart to withdraw her application for the new AUDA Board.
