Dear "Isaac"

Thank you for your enquiry, and for your choice of nom de plume.

The tweet you have referred to has been debunked as a hoax.

The alleged author of the tweet has never had any connection with Australia Post, and as a consequence there are no documents in existence concerning any alleged mail tampering at Chatswood.

Are you happy to accept this assurance as a response to your information request?

Regards

The applicant asked for information about a "tweet" that appeared to be made by an Australian Postal Corporation Employee. The authority said that the tweet was a hoax and asked the applicant to accept this statement. The applicant did not respond to the request from the authority so the authority made a formal decision.
