Internal Procedure Documents regarding making reasonable accommodation to Tax Payers who have a disability
Dear Australian Taxation Office,
I wish to access to documents concerning any internal procedure instruction documents, policy documents, concerning making reasonable adjustments for Tax Payers in relation to managing their taxation affairs under the Disability Discrimination Act (Commonwealth).
Specifically, I am looking for any internal procedure or instruction documents and policy documents that provide for additional time to be negotiated (as a 'reasonable accommodation') with a Tax Payer who is unable to meet their obligations with in a timeframe stipulated by either the ATO administratively, or in the Taxation Administration Act or Taxation Administration Regulations.
