For each branch within the NDIA, the name of the responsible Branch Manager.

I am seeking the most up-to-date version of this information available at the time of processing this request.

I can confirm the request submitted 7:57am on 21 September 2025, has been
registered as FOI 25/26- 0745.

As the second request for information (this request) was submitted at
7:59am on 21 September 2025, I have taken this to be the duplicate
request.
This duplicate request has been subsequently registered as FOI 25/26-0746.

As we have a request for information registered for the above scope of
documents under FOI 25/26-0745, can I please confirm if you are amendable
to withdrawing the duplicate matter FOI 25/26-0746?
 

Processing Timeframes

 

In accordance with section 15(5)(b) of the FOI Act, a 30-day statutory
period for processing your request commenced from 22 September 2025. This
30-day period expires on 21 October 2025.

 

The 30-day period can be extended in a number of ways, including with your
agreement.

 

Action Required

 

Can I please request a response regarding our request to withdraw the
duplicate request, by 5pm Tuesday 30 September 2025.
