Dear Queensland Department of Justice and Attorney-General,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Queensland Department of Justice and Attorney-General's handling of my FOI request 'Name of Registrar General on 24 Nov and 8 Dec 2025'.
My request for information has not be responded to satisfactorily in writing.
Could you please follow-up and provide written confirmation in reponse to my original inquiry?
I've requested the names of the person in the role of Registrar General or authorised to act in the role and to therefore sign birth, death and marriage certificates on three specific dates in Nov/Dec2025. Despite several written requests to the Registry BDM and the Attorney-General, the Dept of Justice has not provided me the information in writing yet.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/n...
Yours faithfully,
Vanessa Berry
