names of hospitals that have cancelled their registration with MHR
Dear Australian Digital Health Agency,
Can you please provide the names of hospitals in NSW and SA that have cancelled their registration with My Health Record.
The previous request I made asked for names of organisations, not hospitals.
Yours faithfully,
 Hanh Yoon

Freedom of Information request no. REQ-0001976 – Third Party Consultation

 Dear Hanh Yoon

I refer to your request for access to the Australian Digital Health Agency
(the Agency) under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act).

I refer to your request for access under the FOI Act to documents relating
to the names of hospitals in NSW and SA that have cancelled their
registration with My Health Record. As your request seeks access to a
document containing information in respect of an organisation or
organisations, the Agency is required to consult with any such
organisation/s (under section 27 of the FOI Act) before making a decision
on the release of those documents.

For this reason, the period for processing your request has been extended
by 30 days in order to allow the Agency time to consult with the third
party/ies identified (section 15(6) of the FOI Act).

The processing period for your request will now end on 18 July 2019.

The consultation mechanism under section 27 applies when we believe a
third party may wish to contend that requested information is exempt for
reasons of business information. We will take into account any comments we
receive from the third party/ies but the final decision about whether to
grant you access to the information you requested rests with the Agency.

If you have any questions, please contact the FOI Team by email
 [1][ADHA request email] or by phone 02 6151 8684.

 Yours sincerely,
