Dear Stuart
I have consulted with the Analytics and Data Branch regarding this
request, and they have informed me the results will only be ready by
mid-February. As such, I have created a reminder to follow up with the
Data and Analytics Branch on 16 February 2026 regarding the progress.
I note that your request was received on 1 January 2026, therefore the due
date is 31 January 2026. I am reaching out to request your agreement to a
30-day extension of time under 15AA of the FOI Act. If you agree to this,
it would make the new due date to provide you with a decision 2 March
2026, however, I am hopeful I can provide you with a decision before this
date.
Could you please let me know if you agree to the extension by 20 January
2026.
Kind regards
Patrick (PHO293)
