Dear Glen,

Thank you for your reply.

As FOI FA 20/08/01424 currently published on Department of Home Affairs website (https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/foi/files...), the fifth point of that request provides the information of number of applicants who attended citizenship ceremonies per month during period 2018-2020. However, the data show just from January 2018 to September 2020. In order to request updated data from that FOI, I would like to seek the information that number during period 1 June 2020 to 1 June 2021.

In summary, I would like to revise my request as

(1) Total number of applicants who were waiting to attend an Australian citizenship ceremony at Brisbane City Council (QLD) as at 02 June 2021.

(2) In follow-up with FOI FA 20/08/01424 currently published on Department of Home Affairs website, I would like to request updated information for number of applicants who attended citizenship ceremonies per month in Brisbane City Council during period 1 June 2020 to 1 June 2021.

Yours sincerely,

tungly

Freedom of Information Request – FA 21/06/00100

I refer to your email dated 02 June 2021 in which you requested access to

On 28 June 2021, the Department notified you of its intention to refuse

requirement in section 15(2)(b) of the FOI Act, which requires you to
provide such information concerning the document you are seeking access
to, to enable the Department to be able to identify it.

In particular, Department notified you that, within 14 days of receipt of
that letter, you must advise Department that:

·         you wish to make a revised request; or

·         indicate that you do not wish to revise your request; or

·         withdraw your request.

The 14 day period has now expired.  As such, in accordance with section
24AB(7) of the FOI Act, Department considers that your request has been
withdrawn.

to contact an FOI officer at [1][Department of Home Affairs request email]
