I would like to know how many infringements have been issued under s.28(1) s.28(3) of the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012.

As per the Consumer Affairs Victoria website, “An incorporated association must have a registered address and must notify the Registrar of Consumer Affairs Victoria, in the form approved by the Registrar, within 14 days of any changes.”

I refer to your request for documents under the Freedom of Information Act
1982 (the FOI Act), received in this office on 7^th February 2022, in
which you sought access to:

 

I would like to know how many infringements have been issued under s.28(1)
s28(3) of the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012.

As per the Consumer Affairs website, "An incorporated association must
have a registered address and must notify the Registrar of Consumer
Affairs Victoria, in the form approved by the Registrar, within 14 days of
any changes".

 

Application fee

 

Section 17(2A) of the FOI Act requires that an application fee of $30.10
accompanies a request for access to documents. The application fee may be
waived in circumstances of hardship. If you wish to seek waiver of the
fee, you will need to provide evidence of hardship, such as a current
healthcare or pension card. 

 

The fee can be paid by credit/debit card, cheque or money order. If you
wish to pay by credit/debit card, please contact this office by phone to
provide your card details. Please do not send your card details to us via
email.

 

Please note your request will not be considered valid and will therefore
not be processed until payment or application for waiver is received and
approved.
