OHS issues at Bed Bath N Table store in Sorrento

Having lodged a complaint to Work Safe Australia (on Monday 17 February) against Bed Bath n Table in Sorrento for breaches of OHS standards, please provide any reports, notes for file, memorandums or notices issued to the bed bath n table management in sorrento or their head office, resulting from an inspection by Work safe Australia representative on monday 24 february.

Thanks for your email. Safe Work Australia is a national policy making body for work health and safety (WHS) and workers compensation arrangements and is not a WHS Regulator so we don't usually hold the documents you are seeking.
