Quick Assessment 7 NOV 2011

Mal Sipou made this Freedom of Information request to Department of Defence

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Department of Defence should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Department of Defence,

I am requesting the Quick Assessment that was referred to ADFIS while I was still employed with 23 Field Regiment until the 11th of November 2011. Apparently this QA was conducted while I was there working and finalised on the 7th November 2011. I am requesting this document because I was unaware of this QA and it was not shown to me before I resigned.
