Dear NSW Police Integrity Commission,

I am seeking reports published by the PIC (between 2018-2019) concerning the NSW Police user-pays policing model. I'm particularly interested in any recommendations or warnings made by the PIC in relation to the functionality of this model. This may include or be inspired by complaints filed by police detailing corrupt and dysfunctional practice, or other testimonials related to the user-pays model. Keywords may include:user-pays charges, unauthorised, rosters, risks, hazards.
