I would like to request a list/register detailing the invitations issued inviting candidates to apply for state nomination under the SC190 Skilled Nominated visa program by occupation (i.e. including ANZSCO code), score, and quantity for the current program year (i.e. 1 July 2025 - date of receiving this request).

Dear Michael,

 

I refer to your request to the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and
Regions dated 15 January 2026 seeking the following documents under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act):

 

“(…) a list/register detailing the invitations issued inviting candidates
to apply for state nomination under the SC190 Skilled Nominated visa
program by occupation (i.e. including ANZSCO code), score, and quantity
for the current program year (i.e. 1 July 2025 - date of receiving this
request).”

 

Valid FOI Requests

 

Under section 17(2) of the FOI Act a request must contain enough
information to enable the department to identify the documents being
sought. We are unable to process your request until we receive further
information about the documents that you seek.

 

In this instance, it is unclear which specific SC190 invitation round and
scoring system you refer to in your request.

 

Please provide us with further details regarding your request by
confirming:

 

• If you are seeking a list/register of invitations which relate
specifically to the Victorian SC190 visa nomination process; and
• If the ‘score’ you refer to is the Commonwealth points test for the
SC190 Skilled Nominated Visa
