Dear Macquarie University,

Could you please send the entry requirements and fail rate for business program and its relevant pathway program?

If possible, please treat this as an administrative/ informal request. Otherwise please proceed with my request as a formal information request under the Act.

Yours faithfully,

Judith Calrk, Macquarie University

I acknowledge receipt of your 4 Jun 2018 request for information about entry requirements and fail rates for the business program at Macquarie University. I am able to provide the following information in response to your informal request.

Macquarie University offers a wide range of business programs at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.

Entry requirements vary depending on the specific degree or course of study and these are available on the web. For example, the entry requirements for the Bachelor of Business Administration can be viewed here

The pathways available also vary depending on the exact course of study. The main pathways are outlined on the course page for each program. This information is available on the Macquarie University website.

The Admissions Team are available to help with further information relating to a specific course.

You also ask for the fail rate for the business program. It is unclear what information you are seeking in relation to this.

You may consider making a formal application for access to University information under the NSW Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (the GIPA Act).

However, the GIPA Act provides for an application fee of
$30 which needs to be paid before the application is processed. Information about the fee, and applications in general, is available here

Please contact me if you have any questions about your application.
