Freedom of Information request - Results and calculations for July-18 Practical exam for Dentists by Australian Dental Council

Dear Department of Health,

Australian Dental council conducts exams for students and the pattern and evaluation criteria for the Oversea trained dentists practical exams have changed.
for the Jul-18 exams, for the Jul-18 exams, I would like to get the details that cover,
1. details of benchmark for evaluation set Australian Dental Council
2. The # of applicants who have met the benchmark.
3. The # of applicants who have been marked as failed after meeting the bench mark.
4. The Student population set considered for each evaluation set.

5. Split of Australians Vs international students. -- I ask this to understand how the DoH could, would have used the is Australian oversea dentists to help in remote stations.

I have marked the request as "refused". The authority says in the last email that they will treat the request as "withdrawn". I cannot see any legal basis to do this. All I can see is that the authority did not make a decision within the required time. Deemed refusal.
