Dear Colin

Thank you for your email.

Please note that Section 11 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 provides that:

11(1) Subject to this Act, every person has a legally enforceable right to obtain access in accordance to this Act to:
(a) a document of an agency, other than an exempt document;

Additionally, please also note that Section 15 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 provides that:

15(2) The request must:
(aa) state that the request is an application for the purposes of this Act; and
(b) provide such information concerning the document as is reasonably necessary to enable a responsible officer of the agency, or the Minister, to identify it;

Taking the above into consideration we would be grateful if you could confirm that you are seeking documents in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 1982, and provide detail about documents you are seeking access to, not information.

Please also note that the Freedom of Information Act 1982 does not provide for any agency or Minister to undertake analysis or "breakdown" of information.

Please be advised that until such time as a valid FOI request is received from you, your current request will not be progressed.

If you would like to discuss this matter further I can be reached on 02 6274 6495.
