In Senate Estimates on the 24th of February 2014, you stated that a number of people had expressed to you a view regarding the Australian Human Rights Commissioner.
I would like a copy of the "Texts and emails" you refer to in Estimates.

Dear Mr O'Sullivan,
If junior officers have emailed the Senator and those emails are ones to which he refers, then it is entirely in the public interest for them to be disclosed. If, for example, they are just forwarded emails, then that's a different story.
Can you get in touch with me informally if they exist so I can decide to include or exclude them from the scope of my request?
