Dear TasWater,

I wish to request a schedule of works performed and/or contracted by TasWater on sewer and storm water systems in the lower Sandy Bay/ Battery point area, in particular works relating to services on Quayle Street, Osborne Street and 110-175 Sandy Bay road inclusively between May 2017 and June 2017

I wish to know the scope of works, any use of pumping or pressure equipment and and incident reports with the parameters specified.

I refer to your email dated 2 July (attached below).
 
Your request falls within the scope of the [1]Right to Information Act
2009 (Tas) (the Act).
 
In order for TasWater to formally accept and process your application for
information under section 13 of the Act, you must first comply with the
requirement to pay the relevant application fee (currently $38.75) under
section 16.
 
Under section 16(2) of the Act TasWater may waive the application fee if:

* The applicant is impecunious (eg if the applicant is reliant on a
Commonwealth disability pension or similar)
* The applicant is a Member of Parliament acting in connection with his
or her official duty
* The applicant is able to show that he or she intends to use the
information for a purpose that is of general public interest or
benefit.

Please advise if you wish to seek a waiver of the application fee,
including details of the basis on which waiver is sought.
 
I will keep your application on file pending your response, however it
will not be processed until the fee is received or waived.
