The Department of Finance (Finance) advises that the signed copy of this
instrument is likely held by the Department of the Treasury (Treasury).
The Federal Register of Legislation [1]Treasury Laws Amendment (Delivering
Better Financial Outcomes) Regulations 2024 - Federal Register of
Legislation confirms that the instrument is administered by both the
Attorney-General’s Department and Treasury (see the screenshot below). As
such, it is likely that Finance would not hold a signed copy of this
instrument.

 

Therefore, we suggest that you withdraw your request from Finance and make
a separate request to Treasury, who can be contacted at
