SPEAR 09-20044/FOI Request

Ben Fairless made this Freedom of Information request to Australian Securities and Investments Commission

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

This request has been withdrawn by the person who made it. There may be an explanation in the correspondence below.

Dear Australian Securities and Investments Commission,

I request all documents related to the FOI File for the FOI request reference "SPEAR 09-20044/FOI Request".

This would include, but is not limited to:
- A copy of correspondence between the original decision maker and the affected 3rd party
- A copy of the correspondence between the Internal Review decision maker and the affected 3rd party
- A copy of correspondence between ASIC and the OAIC
- Internal Correspondence between the FOI Team and the FOI Decision Maker

I specifically exclude:
- Personally identifiable information of members of the public (including contact numbers and email address).
- Copies of documents already provided to me on the Right to Know Website in relation to the request.

Should the Department contend that documents should be exempt, I would respectfully request the Department consider consulting with me prior to making that decision, to prevent a request for Internal Review or IC Review.

Yours faithfully,

Ben Fairless

Philip Peck, Australian Securities and Investments Commission
