Sometimes it is like DVA don’t even bother to read the exemptions they apply.

While DVA may feel a staff survey of its workers has some value to the Commission, the Department and more generally, to the Commonwealth, that’s not a trade secret nor commercially valuable information, and as such I’ve got to say this is a pretty shabby decision (although given the abundance of bad faith by DVA, you probably didn’t bother thinking about it, hence the inappropriateness of the exemption ground selection).

It’s almost like you can’t even bother anymore...
