Dear Department of Health,
The Department Of Health Western Australia.
Back in the early 1990's, A story was done on the news regarding stolen body parts from dead relatives and a phone number was given out in the news story.
The questions I have are as follows.
1) where can i get a copy of the story that was done and the press release made by the Department Of Health Western Australia.
2) Are these practices still taking place without families consent or knowledge.

Dear Department of Health,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department of Health's handling of my FOI request 'Stolen Body Parts'.

[ GIVE DETAILS ABOUT YOUR COMPLAINT HERE ]
I am asking for Department Of Health Western Australia to make contact with me as this inquiry is very complex and goes back to the early 1990’s. I have some proof that it took place including two lots of cremated ashes. One cremation at Fremantle Cemetery & One at Karrakatta cemetery. The Second cremation was done under direction of the Western Australian Health Department. I Would Like To Find Out Why The Western Australian Health Department Took The Body Parts Without Consent Of The Family.
What The Body Parts Were Used For And Why.
Why it Took A News Story To Find Out That It Had Taken Place. If I Am Refused this information then I Will Involve Lawyers And The Press To Not Only Get This Information. The End Result Is That The Western Australian Health Department Will Be Sued. This Has Not Only Affected My Family. It Has Also Taken Place To Other Families With No Explanations Of Why It Took Place.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/s...

Yours faithfully,

P. Dorrington
