Submission template - most recent
Dear Office of the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions,
I request a copy of the most recent template used throughout your organisation, for the purpose of preparing; submissions to court.
What I am looking for, is the document that CDPP prosecutors often use, to save time in the preparation of their submissions, and keep organisational documents looking consistent. I am wondering if such a document exists on your organisation's shared drive.
Please advise if no such document exists.
I agree for this document to be released under administrative release, rather than as an FOI request, if that would lessen the burden on your organisation in fulfilling this request.

The COVID-19 pandemic may impact the CDPP’s ability to process FOI requests. Where necessary, the CDPP will seek an applicant’s agreement to extend the processing timeframe.
