Good afternoon Geoffrey

Thank you for your email.

I assume in your email you are asking the question “if an application for
a liquor license was made for shop 4, 1 Scholars Drive, Sippy Downs, would
there be any town planning restrictions.”

The information you are seeking is unfortunately not a request that can be
made under an informal or formal application under the Right to
Information Act 2009 (Qld).

Council has on their website, a link to our Development.i site; a site
where you can see all the applications made and pending, and development
related information relevant to an address or a lot and plan number. For
your reference, I have included the relevant links from Development.i:

4/1 Scholars Drive, Sippy Downs QLD 4556

o Lot Plan: 4BUP104309
o [1]Property search of 4/1 Scholars Drive, Sippy Downs
o [2]Site report
o [3]Associated applications

Please note the above are results for 4/1, there are different results for
“1 Scholars Drive, Sippy Downs” which are as follows:

“Chancellor Park Village Centre” 1 Scholars Drive, Sippy Downs QLD 4556

o Lot Plan: 1RP891134
o [4]Property search
o [5]Site report
o [6]Associated applications

The information available on Development.i is post 2007. Any records prior
to that can be purchased through a Council Property Search which can be
accessed [7]here.

Unfortunately, I am unable to answer the question of whether there are
town planning restrictions if an application for a liquor license were to
be lodged. I have been advised in order to determine if any restrictions
apply, an application would need to be made for the license. More
information on Council’s development related information can be found
[8]here.

Please correct me if I have misinterpreted your email. Otherwise, I hope
this information is of assistance to you. If you require anything further,
please feel free to contact me.

Regards,

Krystal Sinn
