Tree Approval RMTR20/03893

Kaina made this Government Information (Public Access) request to Ku-ring-gai Council

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear Ku-ring-gai Council,

Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 can you forward me a copy of the Tree Permit RMTR20/03893 for the removal of a large established canopy tree at 38 Fox Valley Rd, Wahroonga

I'd like to understand why the removal of such a significant tree has been approved which seems to directly contradict the Ku-ring-gai Council Urban Forest Policy (Version 1 effective 19th February 2020) and the Ku-ring-gai Council Tree Assessment Guidelines

Yours faithfully,

Kaina
