Understand the information used to make the Loan to Illuka Resources

We're waiting for Liam Thomas to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Export Finance and Insurance Corporation,

Recently you made a loan agreement with Illuka Resources to build a Rare Earths processing facility in Australia.

I am requesting the information that this decision to lend $1.2B AUD of taxpayer money was based on. That includes the JORC resource that would validate the actual value of the feedstock at Eneabba Illuka claims it will use within this facility.

Anything other than a full JORC report would not give adequate information to make this decision. Please provide this and whatever other validating information you used to provide the loan.

Yours faithfully,

Liam Thomas
