Phillip Sweeney

Dear Australian Prudential Regulation Authority,

I am seeking a copy of the document recently lodged with APRA by the legal firm representing Dr Benjamin Koh seeking APRA to enforce Section 156C of the Life Insurance Act 1995 which alleges victimisation by one or more senior managers of Comminsure.

The names of those alleged to have contravened Section 156C can be redacted if necessary

Yours faithfully,

Phillip Sweeney

Phillip Sweeney

Dear Australian Prudential Regulation Authority,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Australian Prudential Regulation Authority's handling of my FOI request 'Whistleblower Protection - Dr Koh'.

The original decision letter has not taken into account that I have requested that the names of any persons who have alleged to have contravened Section 156C of the Life Insurance Act 1995 can be redacted.

The circumstances of the victimisation of Dr Koh are already in the public domain and are therefore do not fall within the "secrecy provisions" that APRA is so ready to utilise.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/w...

Yours faithfully,

Phillip Sweeney
