I am requesting a copy of the complaint that resulted in an inspection of the construction at 22 Crows Nest Place Queenscliff 3225.
The inspector was Tony Vicary around July 2015. Visit no V01005502888L.
The request is in relation to an ongoing harassments by another individual.

I have no issue with the inspector. I only used that to information help identify the time of the complaint against me.
