Worksafe complaint

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Worksafe Victoria should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Worksafe Victoria,
I am requesting a copy of the complaint that resulted in an inspection of the construction at 22 Crows Nest Place Queenscliff 3225.
The inspector was Tony Vicary around July 2015. Visit no V01005502888L.
The request is in relation to an ongoing harassments by another individual.
