This request for documents is formally made under the FOI Act 1982 (Cth). Nevertheless, I would appreciate it if you provided access to the requested documents by administrative release.

On 19 October 2023 two documents relating to an "Oath of Office, a transcript of a judge's Oath, and the details of their surety bond including the value of the surety bond and the name of the insurer" were granted access to by the Court under the FOI Act. The relevant reference on the Court's disclosure log is 2023/24-5. Please provide those documents.

The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia is required by section 11C of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth) (FOI Act) to publish a disclosure log on its website.
