Any training documents for DHS Employees for disability/client issues specific for Child Support clients

Keith Owen made this Freedom of Information request to Services Australia

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was refused by Services Australia.

Dear Department of Human Services,

I would like to access any training documents for DHS Employees regarding dealing/interacting with clients who have a disability. In particular I am seeking access to training documents used by the Child Support Program.

I believe that the release of these documents is in the public interest and consistent with the objectives of the Office of the Prime Minister and Cabinet Open Government program to allow access to Departmental Documents to allow public scrutiny.

Yours faithfully,

Keith Owen
