Dear Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation,
Under the FOI Act 1982, I seek access to final records for the sale process for Ayers Rock Resort (1 Jan 2024 – present):
EOI/RFP/process letters and any sale timetable.
Probity plan(s), probity adviser final reports, and conflict‑of‑interest registers.
Evaluation criteria or matrices and the final recommendation to the Board.
The final Board approval to sell.
The executed sale agreement and any side deeds. If not yet executed, the most recent final draft provided to the Board for approval.
Please consult third parties where required (ss 27/27A), but release non‑contentious material now and provide edited copies under s 22 rather than refusing whole documents. Exclude items already on the ILSC disclosure log.
Likely holders: Board Secretariat, Group CEO, CFO, General Counsel, and probity adviser.
Form of access, charges and consultation: As above.
