Dear Department of Justice & Regulation - Victoria,

I have requested in writing as advised by Civic compliance call center
staff for a record of all interactions made by me in an attempt to
reconcile and obtain a payment plan for parking infringements. This
request has been rejected via email.

I would like all notes kept on my file of interactions I have made via
phone, email and writing.
