Commonwealth Public Service ethics advisory service Advice requests from DVA staff
Dear Australian Public Service Commission,
I would like to request under Australian federal freedom of information law any and all requests made for ethics advice from staff and management of the Department of Veterans Affairs to the Commonwealth Public Service ethics advisory service in the period from January first 2021 to the present day or as close as practical .
Any notes, comments or documents pertaining to ethics advice requests and any replies
notes, comments or documents from the ethics service to the department and or departmental staff.
I would also request any statistics or records about ethics advice or requests from DVA to the Ethics Advisory Service over the same period.
I am happy to have any identifying details redacted.
I am a disabled ex service veteran and suffer from PTSD Major Depression and Anxiety disorder from my service and I am also badly dyslexic, I would ask that you respect my disabiities and if you have any questions or requirements for me please communicate them by phone as well as email as I have difficulties communicating effectively in writing
