I refer to your request for access to documents relating to the Benefits
Realisation Plan under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act)
which is currently due on 27 December 2019.

You would therefore expect a decision from us by 24 January 2020.

If you are agreeable to this extension, can you please provide your
response by return email by COB Thursday 19 December 2019, as the Agency
must receive written notice of your consent for an extension.

Please advise our FOI team via [1][email address] if you
are agree to the extended processing period.
