Dear ACT Human Rights Commission,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of ACT Human Rights Commission's handling of my FOI request 'Discrimination against Palestinians'.

I understand you will not send confidential information. I am just looking for statistical data to show how many complaints have been received.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/di...

Yours faithfully,

Foifoi Mcgee

Dear Foifoi McGeee

The ACT Ombudsman reviews decisions made under the ACT FOI Act, so you will need to contact the Ombudsman directly about the review process, with information about that process available here: https://www.ombudsman.act.gov.au/account...

I note that the scope of your FOI request asked for 'documents relating to complaints of discrimination against Palestinians in the ACT since the 7th October 2023', as you did not ask for statistical data it was not within the scope of your FOI request.
