Dear Assistant Director FOI Section,

Thank you very much for your correspondence. I agree to extend the timeframe for the processing of my request by 30 days, making the new due date for the request Monday 10 February 2020.

In doing so, however, I note that the scope of the request is very specific. It seeks specific documents, and includes the relevant document numbers, so it does not involve a broad search.

Yours sincerely,

Dear FOI,

Re. FOI Request: FA 19/12/00646

Thank you for your consultation letter. When I received the documents listed, in previous FOI requests, significant sections of each document were redacted on the basis of section 22 of the FOI Act. In this request, I have asked for those specific documents to make it clear that all of the content of these documents (aside from personal details of staff) is relevant to my request.
