Dear National Disability Insurance Agency,

 

 

 

As per the Freedom of Information Act I am requesting access to the below
document listed on the NDIA disclosure log

 

 

 

- FOI 24/25-0933

 

 

 

FOI 24/25-0933 is used as a reference number twice on the disclosure log,
I assume one of them is a mistake. The entry I’m asking for here is the
request dated 22/05/2025 “A copy of a document which details the process
and creation of the Alternative Calculation Method”.
