INFORMATION.ACCESS, Department of Veterans' Affairs

Good afternoon Mr Morrison-Francis

Thank you for your FOI request. In reviewing your scope, I do have some
follow up questions related and am hoping you could provide some
clarification.

Your scope is:

“All active Memorandum of Understanding, Heads of Agreement, Data Sharing
Agreements, and Service Contracts that result in the sharing of veteran
data, even if de-identified.
Similar documents for programs that ceased within the last 10 years.”

With regards to sharing of Veteran Data, is there a specific type of
veteran data you are referring to? Does Veteran Data mean veteran personal
information only or does Veteran Data mean another type altogether?

Additionally, you are requesting a variety of agreement types that could
cover a multitude of external agencies. I wanted to confirm whether there
was a specific agreement and or agency that we might have an agreement
with that you’re seeking?

Any additional information or clarification you can provide would be
greatly appreciated.

Kind regards

Joshua | A/g Assistant Director
