Full Disclosure of Authority over another living Man..
Dear Department of Human Services,
I require full disclosure of the Appointed Instrument of Authority that any Government Corporation with an ABN ie: judge, lawyer, court, Police, Justice Department, fake councils, has that clearly states that they are all living Man's Master and that all living Man is their Slave...
I require full disclosure of the Appointed Instrument of Authority that any Government Corporation with an ABN ie: judge, lawyer, court, Police, Justice Department, fake councils, has that clearly states they can steal a mother's or father's property, child, and think that that property is now theirs to do as they will just for money revenue and not for the best interest of the property.... Instead scar's the property's life for ever and siding with the mother on most occasions without any sufficient physical evidence to prove that the father has created a victim for any crime to have been committed in the first place therefore the applicant walks away committing perjury under oath and the judge gets away with perverting the cause of justice ...

Its the DHS that have removed may children from many fathers ..... They are required to give full disclosure ...... This Question has already been put to the public in many other ways other than this website ... The public needs to know this fraud and slavery they put upon the people .....

Hi Andrew,
I think you have your departments confused.
The Department of Human Services, the department you have made this request to, is a Commonwealth department that
delivers social and health-related payments and services. It is Centrelink, Medicare and the Child Support program.
The Department of Health and Human Services in Victoria does a lot of things, including child protection. It used to be called Department of Human Services, but changed because it was too confusing. It is listed on this website as the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services.
I think you probably meant to send this request to the Victorian department. You are currently, really, asking Centrelink for information. I don't think they'll have it.

This FOI is still required from this corporation... End of story .. It has been made public .... many thousands of people are waiting for the full disclosure.... Each corporation Will be giving full disclosure to the people in time..... I thank you James for your passion and interest towards this FOI Requirement...

G'day Andrew, from Paul Contempree... When thoughts of Judges, the Coppers, and DOCS enter my mind, I shudder with deep disapproval. Sixteen years ago, I approached DOCS to assist me with my son's life. Well not long after that, all the forces of Hell worked against me, to the point where I was pathetically granted supervised visits, for four hours per fornight (and unbelievably, the saga continues to this day. So you can imagine how I must feel about this poor treatment)...
Regardless of that situation, I thankfully have a good report about another Govt. Dept...With over thirty years of personal interaction with Centrelink, I have found them to be generally, a pleasant bunch of people to deal with. Some time ago, I requested to view my file, through the Freedom of Information Act. They were most obliging, setting up a private office meeting. I had the liberty to read through the entire file, which by that time was rather thick. Yet I was not allowed to photocopy any of the material, but it was acceptable that I could write down my own notes...
Despite of all this, there is another government department, which I have been dealing with for the past 7 years, due to my mothers mental and physical incapacity. They are known as the New South Wales Trustee and Guardian. At first they seemed so nice, so that I would play right into their well rehearsed trap, that they set for their clients and anyone else in their way (much like my experience with DOCS!) When I found out what they were really like, I became totally devastated. My resentment of their despicable actions, has been an ongoing battle. To deal with my despair & frustration, I created a website to express to everybody, our very personal family tragedy. Nobody will like this annotation ... but the request will, of course, be refused. It must be; not because it is an invalid request (which it is) but because no officer of the department will have any idea of what documents are being requested. The grounds for refusal will either be invalidity under s 15, or a refusal on the basis (s 24A) that the documents, whatever they are, do not exist or cannot be found.

Locutus I need no help with my FOI ... I know what I am on about and they damn well know what I am on about too .... And so does the public who have seen it... Has nothing to do with any sections of any Act..

I refer to your email dated 20 April 2017 regarding LEX27195.
On 24 February 2017 the department wrote to you regarding your
correspondence seeking access to the following documents under the Freedom
of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act):

As we advised you previously, at this time your request for access to
documents is not valid because it does not meet the requirements of the
FOI Act in section 15(2)(b), which states that a request must:
‘provide such information concerning the documents as is reasonably
necessary to enable a responsible officer of the agency, or the Minister,
to identify it.’
This means that we cannot understand what documents you are seeking access
to on the basis of the information you have provided. If you want to make
a valid FOI request, you need to provide enough information to enable the
department to identify a particular document or documents.
Your request for internal review
Your original request did not contain enough information for the
department to process it and therefore the department did not make a
decision in relation to release of any documents to you.
An applicant can seek internal review for, relevantly, a decision to
grant, in full or in part, or deny access to a document. Because your
request was not valid, no decision was made in relation to access to
documents, therefore you cannot ask for an internal review.

It is not a surpise to learn that the agency was unable to comprehend the initial email and therefore was not able to process it as a request for documnents under the Freedom of Information Act.

Your request seems misconceived, and I reckon human services won't be able to answer this one.
Human Services only has docs for Centrelink payments, medicare and child support. It won't have information about judges and lawyers and police.
I suggest you ask Attorney-General's department.
