I request video of House of Representatives Chamber [Part 3] Monday 25/10/2010 16:00.

This part does not appear to be available on ParlView, although parts 1,2,4 and 5 are available.

I am seeking in particular video of a speech by Anthony Albanese, which starts at 4:31pm see at page 1322 of Hansard.
