Implementation reports from the DSS ‘ANU Recommendations Dashboard’
Dear Department of Social Services,
In August 2023, the Audit Office published a report on Accuracy and Timeliness of Welfare Payments. In Appendix Seven, it outlined the implementation status of the recommendations made in the ANU report on the Payment Accuracy Review Programme in 2021. These were stated to be drawn (in part) from an ‘ANU Recommendations Dashboard’" held by DSS.
https://www.anao.gov.au/work/performance... (note a, Appendix 7)
I seek the latest version of this "ANU Recommendation dashboard", specifically those parts which provide the current implementation status for Recommendations 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 of the ANU report. These were described as "in progress" at the time of the ANAO's 2023 report, so I want to find out if these have now been implemented.
You may exclude those parts of the document which relate to other recommendations.
In relation to the recommendations I am focusing on, I would like the headline status of the recommendation - whether 'on track' or 'completed' and any explanatory notes that accompany it.
Yours faithfully,
Frank N Fearless
