Dear Australian Taxation Office,

I wish to access the following:

Any internal procedure document advising ATO Employees that they must tell a Tax Payer the call is being recorded by the ATO during outbound calls.

Any script document providing the wording an ATO Employee is to use when advising a Tax Payer the call is being recorded by the ATO during outbound calls.

Any internal procedure policy document concerning the provisions of warnings to Tax Payers a call is being recorded by the ATO during outbound calls.

Any internal procedure, instruction or policy document that makes reference to contravening Section 7 of the Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act (Commonwealth) when making outbound calls to Tax Payers.

Should a decision be made to release these documents as an Administration Decision, I agree to this.

Yours faithfully,

Keith Owen
