Mercer APS remuneration reports

Under the FOI Act, I am seeking any final documents produced by Mercer Consulting for the APSC that compared private and public sector remuneration since 2007.

I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your request under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act).
The timeframe for responding to your request is 30 days from the date of receipt. Therefore, the due date for this request is 8 March 2026.
This date falls on a Sunday. The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner’s Guidance provides the following:
“The end of the 30 day processing period is affected by s 36(2) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901. If the last day for notifying a decision falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the timeframe will expire on the first day following which is none of those days.”
On this basis, we are extending the due date for your request to Monday, 9 March 2026.
